Love the moisturisers but the eye roller isn’t fit for purpose

"Hi love your products, decent quality at affordable prices. I hoped you had more eye products when I chose to buy from you direct. I eventually found the eye roller and thought I’d give it a go. All it does is drag the soft sensitive skin around my eye stretching it so I have cut off the ball to use the cream. A small tube with a thin nozzle would be preferable as I have used in similar products. I hope this feedback helps Have a great day :)"
